Ayaka Sasaki was born on June 11, 1996, in Kanagawa, Japan.
Ayaka entered Momoiro Clover together with Yukina Kashiwa and Akari Hayami on November 23, 2008
On October 12, 2012, she made a solo appearance in a special issue of the Japanese culture
magazine QuickJapan. The 21-page material featuring her was titled "Summer Memories of a 16-year-old". It reported about Momoclo's summer of 2012 activities, included many photographs and a long interview with Ayaka.
~About The Au Side~
Ayaka was raised as in a family that is very traditional. When her family found out about her wanting to be a actress, and a singer, they wasn't happy about it at all. They wanted her to stay home and be a house wife, and help run the family store. It was a small shop but it got pretty busy on some days when Ayaka would work. She is a very young, and polite lady, who was raised well by her parents. But, she wanted so much more. However, her family wanted her safe
From humans. Those who are after creatures that want to experiment on them, and see how they got they're power. Ayaka is a young Witch who loves using her magic, and showing off what she is. However, her family doesn't even want her to do such things, and wants her to blend in with the humans. They wishes, she was normal like the others so that one day, she wouldn't be hunted down. However, Ayaka loves showing off her magic towards her band mates. They seem to enjoy it and haven't told a single soul on what she is.
Ayaka's mother ended up passing away one day from a sickness she had since Ayaka was a child.. The illness was something Ayaka wanted to cure, and find the medication. That is why she wanted to be a singer and actress. She wanted her mother to have the best doctors money could afford. However, on that day when her mother was dying from this illness, she soon told Ayaka that she wasn't really part of this family. And that she was adopted at a very young age. No one knows who her birthparents are. But, she was wondering why her mother would never
use magic, nor her siblings, and father. It all made sense. However, she didn't care about that as long as she was loved, and cared for. As a baby, Ayaka was placed on a door-step in a basket and wrapped in a blanket. No note, nothing. She would look for clues on where she came from but soon, she decided to give up. Now that her mother gave her permission to keep performing and doing what she loved, she had kept with the group and didn't leave.
They was like her second family and she loved each one of her members. Even though; she was the youngest, she would always get teased but, it's how it was at home too with her younger siblings though. Her father even didn't mind her doing what she loved. In-fact, he was the one that told her to follow her heart, and keep doing what she wanted to do. "Don't let anyone tell you, you can't do this." Was even his last words before he past away. Her father was a troubled man. Always in debt with the Mobs, and always drinking. She didn't care much
For him but, he wasn't abusive or anything like that. He was always spending money on gambling and other items he didn't need. Even the store got sold to the Mob due to owing a huge amount of debt. Now, Ayake works twice as hard to pay this off since her siblings are in school, and she didn't want them to drop out to help pay for bills and things they needed.
She always put others first besides herself. Someday, she knew shed have to learn how to take care of herself but, till then; she wants to take care of her family that she has left and show them what it's like to do things on their own once they are finished with school.
