Advancements in medical technology has perfected bio-mechanical organs. A multi-billion dollar corporation known as GeneMura™, sell ‘artiforgs’ (short for Artificial Organs) on credit. When the customers are unable or unwilling to do their monthly pay for their artiforgs, they send Repo Men (consider them your final notice), to locate and forcibly repossess the organ; almost resulting in the death of the customer.
IF death does consume the customer, then they call upon another professional to come and retrieve the body, along with cleaning the area so there isn’t any proof of carnage.
The cities of Japan, Korea, and United States (to name a few) are in debt to him for creating a miracle. But every miracle comes at a price. No one ever finishes paying off their debt. Ever. (Debt can also continue to the next of kin)
