About me: Persephone was born as the daughter of a prestigious family but one day when she was 16 she was kidnapped to be a sacrifice to an unknown demonic monster who according to legends awakens every 25 years to devour a sacrifice (usually a female) then return to his own world for the next 25 years. Persephone was only chosen because the leader of the sacrifices believed that they would receive good fortune from her being devoured because of how prestigious her family is. It is now the year when the monster returns for the sacrifice. Obviously Persephone doesn't want to be devoured but is there enough time left to save her?
