About me: I am Chameleon. ( the humans have no idea who I am ) We are an extremely rare breed of supernaturals, we can shift their brain pattern, and by doing so transform into other species, including fae, witches, vampires, werewolves, and shape-shifters, thus changing into any kind of species in order to blend in. We are seemingly able to assume the abilities of any creature they turn into. It takes years for us to learn to take control and utilize our powers, they must train our minds. Unlike other races, it is very difficult for us to have children, and, on average, only one in ten couples can produce offspring. Our abilities usually manifest in adulthood and takes years to learn to control them completely, but it is possible to master invisibility.
We are known to be shy and prefer to remain in the shadows rather than be put in the limelight. ( At times I do become shy )
Despite having difficulty with trust, we are capable of showing deep care and affection for those they consider friends and will never let you down. But surely not stand in our way. If lose control of our abilities we for example get mad or upset will destroy all around us. This is why we are hunted or contained.
Most of the world knows me as Lay. My full name is Zhang Yixing. Call me whichever you prefer. Give me the chance to know you I’ll be your best friend forever. Yes, I have a brother.
"I think it's normal to not trust, growing up we are told to watch out for strangers and don't talk to strangers." He paused for a moment "Even I tell my children that but not in that wording you know. I tell them there are nice people and there are bad people, some want to be our friends and some want to hurt us." He nodded his head slowly "Being left is never easy to deal with, ah I know that feeling too. Always wondering what I did wrong for them to stop speaking to me."
