She would usually wear dark colors to support the image of a gothic-styled person because these were simpy her favorite colors. Darkness is beautiful, not something shady or scary. Chiyo Hayashi had found her unique style and despite gaining one or another weird look from elders, she was comfortable with her own appearance. She did it for herself, not to stand out for someone else. But once again, she had to realize today that her look attracted trouble. She had decided for a short skirt today, but she had been wearing black tights and ankle boots to make it through the ice cold winter day without freezing too much. However, a skirt on a woman must draw some attention it seems. She wasn't lucky enough to find a seat in the subway and managed to hold herself only on one of these hooks that were hanging from the ceiling. It was rather crowded, a typical rush hour. And while Chiyo was typing a message on her phone she was distracted. She didn't bring a huge bag with herself, so she wasn't scared of ending up robbed. She was a city girl, she knew the rules of Tokyos underground. But what happened next happened to her surprise. Still focused on her phone, a creepy man approached her from behind. It was crowded and she was used on being pushed and pulled around in the subway. But the hand that had slipped its way onto her butt now was nothing she would accept. It was an ice cold shiver that ran down her spine once she realized what happened.� But unlike many shy girls who would die in shame of being harrased on a train, she turned around. Furious eyes glared at the maybe 40 year old guy who showed his most innocent, yet caught in the act grin. Chiyo, using the moment of surprise when she turned around quickly, grabbed the males wrist and turned it, causing the guy to bend and wince in pain. "How dare you to touch me with your dirty hands!", she hissed, not loud but loud enough to draw some attention to her closer area. "Do you think you can grab what you see just because you feel like it? Huh?" Chiyo was upset. Being sexually harassed was probably the last thing she needed right now. However, while all people seemed to only observe, no one obviously felt adressed to help. She looked around for a second and while this happened, the guy suddenly saw his chance to escape. While the subway doors opened at the next station, he pushed Chiyo into the mass of people roughly and fled into freedom, with no chance for Chiyo or anyone else to hold him. It was hard for Chiyo to find balance and get up from the floor, given the moment that many wanted to leave the subway and even more wanted to enter.
